Pursuant to Regulation 30 & 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are sending herewith the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018, along with the Limited Review Report as approved by the Board of Directors at their meeting held today i.e. 31st January, 2019. We further informed to you pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that Shri Shekhar Agarwal, Managing Director whose term is due to expire on March 31, 2019 has been re-appointed as Managing Director for a period of three years with effect from April 01, 2019 by the Board of Directors subject to approval of members at General Meeting.
