MARUTI INFRASTRUCTURE LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Approval of Un-audited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2018. The trading window, for dealing in shares of the Company, shall closed from 5th February, 2019 and re-open after the completion of forty-eight hours after the submission of the aforesaid financial result. Hence all Designated / Connected Persons shall not deal in any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
