Pursuant to Regulation 30 and Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company in their meeting held on Thursday, 14th February, 2019, have considered, approved and taken on record the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2018. The Meeting commenced at 5:30 p.m. and concluded at 7.05 p.m. The copy of (i) approved Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2018; and (2) Limited Review Report issued by the Auditors of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2018 are enclosed herewith.
