Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015. In this regards, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on today i.e. on Thursday, 30th day of May, 2019, have considered and approved the Audited Financial Results (Standalone) of the Company for the quarter/year ended 31.03.2019, duly reviewed by the Audit Committee. The said financial results, duly signed by the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company along with the Auditors report thereon are enclosed for your perusal and record.
