Dear Sir/Madam, This is with reference to regulation 30 and 33 of SEBI (Listing obligations and Disclosure requirements) Regulations, 2015. In this regards, we wish to inform you that the Board of Directors in its meeting held on today i.e. on Thursday, 14th February, 2019, have considered and approved the Standalone Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/nine months ended December 31, 2018, duly reviewed by the Audit Committee. The said financial results, duly signed by the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company along with the Limited Review Report from statutory Auditors are enclosed for your perusal and record. Further, the Board Meeting commenced at 4.00 p.m. and concluded at 7.20 p.m. This is for your information and record please.
