The Board of Directors of the Company in its meeting held today, inter-alia considered, approved and taken on record the Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31.03.2019 and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the Year ended on 31.03.2019. In terms of the Regulation 33(3) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose herewith the followings of the company : 1. Standalone Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended on 31.03.2019 and Consolidated Audited Financial Results for the Year ended on 31.03.2019. 2. Declaration of unmodified opinion. 3. Audit Report of the Statutory Auditors. These results have been published in the newspapers.
