We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today has inter alia:- 1. Approved the Audited Financial Statements of the Company for the financial year ended March 31, 2019 and the Audited Financial results for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2019. 2. Recommended a Dividend of Rs. 1 per equity share of Rs. 10/-each for the financial year ended March 31, 2019. Pursuant to Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we enclose the following: a) Statement showing the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/financial year ended March 31, 2019 as Annexure-A and b) Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results as Annexure-B. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced on 11.30 a.m. and concluded at 01.20 p.m.
