In reference to our letter no. Ref: ML/SE/2019-20/29 dated May 31, 2019, we wish to inform you that due to over sightedness there was discrepancy in the PDF file submitted by the company w.r.t to date of declaration of postal ballot result (31.05.2019) and resolution type for agenda item (Ordinary) no. 1 i.e. Reclassification of Authorised Share Capital and consequent alteration of the Capital Clause in the Memorandum of Association of the Company. In view of the aforesaid discrepancies, please find attached the revised voting results pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
