We wish to inform you that due to inadvertence there was discrepancy in the result of Postal Ballot submitted by the company w.r.t to date of declaration of postal ballot result. The date of passing of resolutions by the way of Postal Ballot was recorded as May 31, 2019 instead of May 30, 2019. In view of the aforesaid discrepancies, please find attached the revised voting results pursuant to Regulation 44(3) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
