In terms of Regulation 47 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015, the Financial Results of the Company have to be published in an English daily circulating in the whole or substantially the whole of India and in one daily newspaper published in the language of the region, where the registered office of the company is situated within 48 hours of conclusion of the Board Meeting. Accordingly, please find enclosed herewith the Newspaper Publication of the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended 30th June, 2019 published in "Business Standard", dated 1st August, 2019 in English and Hindi.
