This is to inform you, pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results for the Third Quarter and Nine Months period ended December 31, 2018 alongwith the Limited Review Report (LRR) of the statutory auditors thereon.A copy of the aforesaid Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report from the Auditors thereon are attached.
