MMTC LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to provisions of Regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, it is hereby notified that the next meeting of Board of Directors shall be held on 14th August 2019, inter alia to consider and approve the unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results of the Company for quarter ended 30th June 2019. Further to our communication dated 01.07.2019, it is hereby informed that the Trading Window of the Company shall remain closed till 16.08.2019 i.e. 48 hours after declaration of the results.
