Modern Converters Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 08/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant Regulation 29 of the SEBI Listing Regulations, 2015, we hereby give you notice that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, 8th August, 2019 at 56E, Hemanta Basu Sarani, Old 4 BBD Bagh East, Room No 14A, Kolkata-700001, at 2.00 p.m. to consider inter alia: 1. The unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 30th June, 2019. 2. To discuss any other matters with approval of the Chairman. Further, the closure of trading window for dealing in shares of the Company for all designated Employees (including Directors) will end 48 hours after the financial results are made in public on August 8, 2019.
