The audited financial results for the quarter and year ended on 31st March, 2019. 2. To discuss any other matters with approval of the Chairman. Further, the closure of trading window for dealing in shares of the Company for all designated Employees (including Directors) will end 48 hours after the financial results are made in public on May 25, 2019
