This is in continuation to our letter dated 10th June, 2019 intimating Notice(together with explanatory statement) of Postal Ballot being sent to Shareholders seeking approval of shareholders on the items specified in the Notice by way of Special Resolution. We are pleased to inform you that the following items were passed by the shareholders by way of Special Resolution with requisite majority Re-appointment of Shri. Anand Badriprasad Didwania(DIN 00022120), as Independent Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation and who will be completing 75 years. Re-appointment of Shri. Shivkumar Dhalumal Israni(DIN 00125532), as Independent Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation. Re-appointment of Shri. Kaiwan Dossabhoy Kalyaniwalla(DIN 00060776)as Independent Director of the Company, not liable to retire by rotation.
