Pursuant to Regulation 30 and 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today i.e. 14th February, 2019, inter alia, considered and approved the Statement of Un-Audited Standalone Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and nine months ended on 31st December, 2018.
