MOLD-TEK TECHNOLOGIES LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 02/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve and take on record amongst other items of agenda, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended on 31st March, 2019. 2)To recommend final dividend for the financial year 2018-19, subject to the approval of shareholders in Annual General Meeting.
