Moongipa Securities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 18/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019. Further for the purpose of above and in terms of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the intimation regarding the closure of trading window [i.e. from Wednesday, April 03, 2019 till Forty Eight (48) hours post the date of Board Meeting] for dealing in the securities of the Company has already been submitted to the Stock Exchange. Accordingly, the trading window shall remain closed from Wednesday, April 03, 2019 till Monday, May 20, 2019 (both days inclusive).
