The Board considered and approved the following: 1. Standalone Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December, 2018 along with Limited Review Report thereon. 2. Took on record compliance done under Listing, Regulations, 2015 and other legal requirements relating to the Financial Statement for quarter ended 31st December, 2018.
