Rathi & Associates, Company Secretaries, Mumbai, appointed by the Board of Directors as Scrutinizer for scrutinizing the voting by Postal Ballot process in a fair and transparent manner, has submitted his report on voting by Postal Ballot on 29th March, 2019. Based on the Scrutinizers Report, the results of the Postal Ballot has been declared on Friday, 29th March, 2019.
