My Money Securities Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 14/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve MY MONEY SECURITIES LTD has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the company is scheduled to be held on Thursday, February 14, 2019 to consider inter-alia the following agenda items: 1.To consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the 3rd quarter ended and nine months ended on December 31, 2018. Further, In terms of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015, the Trading window in respect of the Companys Securities shall remain closed for all the Directors/Officers/Designated Employees of the Company from the opening of the trading hours on 05th February, 2019 till close of the trading hours on 16th February, 2019 (both days inclusive) as per the code of Internal Procedure and Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading adopted by the Company.
