Sub: Outcome of Board Meeting / Audited Financial Results The Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today, in compliance with Regulation 33 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, approved and took on record the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter/year ended March 31, 2019, together with Unqualified Report of the Auditors. The said results were also approved at Audit Committee meeting held today. The copy of said Audited Results as signed by the Managing Director is attached herewith together with copy of Auditors Report submitted by our Auditors. The said results will be published in Newspapers within 48 hours. The financial results are also available on the website of the company viz., http://www.nagarjunafertilizers.com The Board of Directors meeting concluded at 5:30 PM.
