NAHAR SPINNING MILLS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/08/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to the provisions of Regulation 29 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (the Regulations), we would like to inform you that meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company has been scheduled to be held on Tuesday, the 13th day of August, 2019 at 5.00 p.m. at the Registered Office of the Company, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter ended June 30, 2019. Further, we have already intimated to your office vide our letter dated 2nd July, 2019 that trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from Monday, 1st July, 2019 till end of 48 hours after the declaration of Un-audited Financial Results by the Company for the quarter ending June 30, 2019,.
