NARMADA MACPLAST DRIP IRRIGATION SYSTEMS LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve Pursuant to regulation 29 of the SEBI (LODR) Regulation, 2015, notice is hereby given that a meeting of the Board of Director of the Company will be held on Tuesday, February, 12th, 2019, inter alia, to consider and approve quarterly Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended December 31st, 2018. Pursuant to the provisions of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 and as per the terms of Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading of the company the trading window for dealing in the Securities of the Company will remain closed for Directors, officers and designated persons from 04th February, 2019(After 5.00 PM) and end 48 hours after the results are made public on 12th February, 2019.
