Naturite Agro Products Ltdhas informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 13/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve With reference to above cited subject, we herewith inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled to be held on Wednesday 13th February 2019, inter-alia to consider the Un-Audited Financial Results for the Third Quarter ended 31st December, 2018. Further, pursuant to the Companys Policy & Internal Code of Conduct on Insider Trading, the Trading Window for dealing / trading in the shares of the Company shall remain closed from 31st January, 2019, and will open 48 hours after announcement of the un-audited Financial Results of the Company.
