Navin Fluorine International Ltd has informed BSE that a Meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on May 06, 2019, inter alia, to consider and take on record, the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Year Ended March 31, 2019 and for recommendation of final dividend, if any, for the financial year 2018-2019. Further, In terms of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the Trading Window for dealing in the shares of the Company will remain closed for the designated persons from March 31, 2019 to May 08, 2019 (both days inclusive).
