This is to inform that the Companys financial year 2018-19 will end on 31st March 2019. The Company will publish its Consolidated Audited Annual Financial results for the year ended 31st March 2019 within the stipulated period of sixty days from the end of the financial year. In view of this, the Company will not be submitting/publishing Unaudited Financial Results for the last quarter and year ended 31st March 2019.
