Dear Sir, Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, We hereby submit the following as an Outcome of the Board Meeting held on Monday, February 04, 2019 at the Registered office of the Company along with the copy of approved Un- audited Financial Results and Limited Review Report of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended on December 31, 2018 as required under Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015:- (i) Approved Un- audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended on December 31, 2018; (ii) Approved Limited Review Report on Un- audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and Nine months ended on December 31, 2018.
