In this regard, it is to inform that the Board of Directors of NHPC Limited in its meeting held today i.e. February 8, 2019 (commenced at 02:00 P.M and concluded at 05:20 P.M) has considered and approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended 31st December, 2018. A copy of the approved unaudited financial results along with limited review report is enclosed herewith for information and necessary action please.
