This is reference to our letter dated 08th January, 2019, we would like to inform, you that a Special Resolution for variation in the rights/ terms & conditions of unlisted 20,000,000 8% noncumulative, Non-convertible non-participating preference shares of Rs. 10/- each as set out in the Postal Ballot Notice dated 28th December, 2018 has been passed by the members with requisite majority. As required under Regulation 44(3) of SEBI (Listing Obligations & Disclosure Requirement) Regulations, 2015, the details of the voting results along with Scrutinizer Report are annexed as Annexure I & II. This is for your kind information and record please.
