NIVI TRADING LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 26/10/2018 ,inter alia, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial results for the Quarter ended September 2018. In view of the above and in pursuance of the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading framed under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in shares of the Company will remain closed from 17th October, 2018 and will end on 29th October, 2018 (both days inclusive) for Insiders covered therein.
