We would like to inform you that 70th meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on Monday, 12th February, 2018, inter-alia, to consider and approve the Un-audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31st December, 2017. Further, please note that pursuant to clause 9(2) of Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for the purpose of trading in the shares of the Company remains closed from 5th February, 2018 to 14th February, 2018 (both days inclusive). The trading window shall open for trading from 15th February, 2018. You are requested to take the above on record.
