It may be noted that for the purposes of the same, the Interim Resolution Professional would be relying on the representations, clarifications and explanations provided by the Management and Key Managerial Personnel of the Company, acting in their capacity as Personnel as defined under the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016. Please note that the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for the Specified Persons covered under the code from the close of business hours of Tuesday, May 22, 2018 to close of business hours of Friday, June 01, 2018 (both days inclusive) in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 read with the Ushdev International Limited- Code of Conduct".
