Further, In terms of provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulation, 2015 & Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring & Reporting of Trading by insiders of AMD Industries Limited, the Trading Window for trading in Equity Shares of the Company will remain closed from May, 16 2018 to May 27, 2018 (Both Days Inclusive) for insiders of the Company.
