Pursuant to Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2018 at 5.30 p.m., inter alia, to consider and approve standalone unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter ended December 31, 2017. In connection with the above, in terms of the Companys code of conduct for prevention of Insider Trading and pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 the Trading Window for the insiders shall remain close from February 7, 2018 till February 16, 2018 (both days inclusive).
