With reference to the captioned subject, this is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Wednesday, February 14, 2018, inter alia, to consider and approve the unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter ended 31/12/2017. In view of this, pursuant to SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations and Companys Internal Code for Prevention of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company shall remain closed from January 29, 2018 to February 14, 2018 (both days inclusive) and shall reopen after the expiry of 48 hours after the public announcement of unaudited financial results is made.
