This is to inform that the meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday, December 12, 2017, inter alia, to consider, approve and take on record the unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017. Further, in terms of Code of Conduct of the Company to regulate, monitor and report trading by Insiders and for Prevention of Insider Trading, pursuant to Regulation 9 read with Schedule B of the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company shall remain closed for declaration of unaudited financial results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017 for all Designated Employees (Including Directors) from December 5, 2017 and shall remain closed up to December 14, 2017 (both days inclusive). Accordingly, all the Designated Employees (Including Directors) of the Company have been intimated not to enter into any transaction involving the securities of the Company during the aforesaid period of closure of Trading Window.
