In compliance with Regulation 29 and other applicable provisions of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, this is to inform you that Mr. Parveen Bansal, who has been appointed as Resolution Professional for conducting the Corporate Insolvency Resolution Process under Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code, 2016 in terms of order of National Company Law Tribunal dated 1st August, 2017, will hold a meeting with the officials of the Company on Friday, the 25th Day of May, 2018 to consider and approve the Audited Financial Results of the Company for the year ended 31st March, 2018.
