A copy of the same is enclosed along with the Reports of the Auditors thereon and a declaration duly signed by the Chief Financial Officer stating that the said reports are with unmodified opinion Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results -Standalone and Consolidated. ii. Approved the Audited Financial Statements (Standalone and Consolidated) of the Company, for the year ended March 31, 2019.
