OCEAN AGRO (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 12/02/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve As per regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Tuesday the 12th February 2019 to take on record the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended on 31St December, 2018. As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company will be closed for all directors/ officers / designated employees of the Company from January 31, 2019 to February 14, 2019 (both days inclusive).
