OCEAN AGRO (INDIA) LTD.has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduled on 10/05/2019 ,inter alia, to consider and approve As per regulation 29 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, this is to inform you that meeting of Board of Directors of the Company will be held on Friday the 10th May, 2019 to take on record the audited financial results forthe year and quarter ended on 31St March 2019. As per the Companys Code of Conduct for Prohibition of Insider Trading, the trading window for dealing in the securities of the Company is already closed for all directors/ officers/ designated employees of the Company from 04.04.2019 up to 12.05.2019 (both days inclusive).
