Pursuant to regulation 33 read with regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are submitting herewith the Un-audited Financial Results, for the Second quarter/ Half year ended 30.09.2018 as approved by the Board of Directors at the meeting held today i.e. 03.11.2018 at New Delhi, along with Limited Review Report issued by the Auditor of the Company. Further, we hereby inform that the Record Date (16.11.2018), intimated vide letter dated 30.10.2018, stands withdrawn since no dividend has been declared by the Board at the aforesaid meeting. The Board Meeting commenced at 12:00 hrs. and concluded at 17:15 hrs.
