Declaration under Regulation 33(3)(d) of Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 We would also like to inform that the Company will publish the Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2019, in the newspapers in terms of Regulation 47(1)(b) of SEBI (LODR), Regulations, 2015.
