This is to inform you that a meeting of the Board of Directors of our Company was held today on 13th July, 2018 at the registered office of the Company which approved and took on record the Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2018. In order to comply with Regulation 33 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are enclosing with this letter, Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended 31st March, 2018 along with the Audit Report issued by the Statutory Auditor. Further also find enclosed the declaration to the effect that Auditors Report on Standalone Audited Financial Results of the Company is with unmodified opinion.
