Further in continuation to our disclosure on Closure of Trading Window dated 01st July, 2019, pursuant to provision of SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the Companys Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading , this is to inform that the Trading Window for dealing in Securities of the Company shall remain closed for Directors, Promoters, Designated Employees, and Specified Connected Persons of the Company and Material Subsidiaries of the Company till 11th August, 2019.
