Considered and approved the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Limited Review Report issued by Statutory Auditors for the half yearly ended on 30th September,2018. Copy of the Unaudited Financial Results along with the Independent Auditors Limited review report are attached herewith. The meeting of the Board of Directors commenced at 04:00 PM. and concluded at 07:00 P.M. Kindly take the same on record
