In compliance of Regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, please find enclosed herewith the Unaudited Financial Results of the Company for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2017 alongwith Limited Review Report thereon by the Statutory Auditors of the Company, which have been approved by the Board of Directors of the Company at their Meeting held on today i.e. December 13, 2017 which was commenced at 02:00 P.M. and concluded at 04:00 P.M. Further, the aforesaid results are also being published in the newspapers in the prescribed formats. Submitted for your kind information and necessary records
