This is to inform you,pursuant to the provisions of regulation 33 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations,2015 and SEBI Circular No CIR/CFD/FAC/62/2016 dated July 5, 2016, that the Board of Directors of the Company at its meeting held today considered and approved the Audited Financial Results for the Fourth Quarter as well as the financial year ended March 31, 2O18 alongwith the Auditors Report thereon. In this connection, we are attaching the following documents: 1) Audited Annual Financial results for the fourth quarter and Financial year ended March 31,2018 2) Auditors Report with unmodified opinion 3) Declaration that the statutory auditors have issued an unmodified opinion on the audited financial results for the financial year ended March 31,2018, pursuant to the provisions of Para 4.1 of SEBI Circular No CIR/CFD/CMD/56/2016 dated May 27, 2016 We request you to take on record of the same.
