We wish to inform you that the Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. Wednesday, the 30th Day of May, 2018 have considered and approved the Audited financial Statements for the half year and year ended March 31, 2018. The said financial results were reviewed by the audit committee and thereafter approved by the Board of Directors. Pursuant to regulation 33 and other applicable regulations, if any of the SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations 2015, we are enclosing: 1. Auditors Report on the Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2018 2. Standalone financial Results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2018. 3. Declaration on un-modified opinion in respect of Audited Financial Results for the half year and year ended March 31, 2018
