As per Regulation 33 of Listing Regulations, we submit herewith Audited Financial Results for the quarter and year ended 31st March 2018, statement of Assets & Liabilities, Audited Report with unmodified opinion and a Declaration for Non-Applicability of Statement of Impact of Audit Qualification from the Company for your records. The meeting commenced at 4.00 PM and concluded at 4.45 PM
